The Gokai Galleon, Navi and all the Ranger Keys are now in Basco's possession! Now the Universes Greatest Treasure is within his grasp. Not only that, but Captain Marvelous is badly hurt in an explosion!
By the looks of things, yes, Sally being injured by Basco was part of his plan to get on-board the Gokai Galleon. It’s not looking like Basco would switch sides like previously thought either. In this episode, the Gokaigers will face their Ranger forms... in civilian mode!
