We are inviting motivated individuals to join us as:-
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
• Prepare project billings
• Monitor debtor’s payment
• Verify creditors’ invoice against purchase order; obtain approval from relevant
parties (i.e project manager, procurement manager, project engineer etc.)
• Verify staff travel expense claims
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and obtain relevant signatories
• Attend to ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in Finance or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and able to work with all levels of people
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
