The job is to be based in JOHOR and duration is for 2 years renewable every year.
1) Project Manager / Construction Manager
Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15/10 years of working experience in project management and construction of large industrial projects.
- Responsible for the overall project operations and to ensure timely completion of project with good quality and safety enforcement.
- Candidate must be able to motivate and lead team of engineers, supervisors and workers and manage appointed subcontractors.
- Candidate must be dynamic, self-directed and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
2) QA/QC Manager / Senior QA/QC Engineer
Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- At least 10 / 5 years of working experience in power / oil & gas / industrial projects and familiar with ASME & other international codes.
- Required to prepare I.T.P and conduct various stage inspections (visual, fit-up, welding etc) and prepare, maintain and handover all inspection and quality records.
- Required to coordinate for all NDE and liaise with clients and other third party quality staffs.
3) Chief Superintendent -BOP
Responsibilities
• Experience of erection in coal based thermal power station
• Day to day supervision of the erection of the BOP
• Supervise and lead a team of sub-contractors on-site.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering)
• 7-12 years of experience in Supervision of BOP erection.
• Should have proven experience of planning, scheduling & timely erection & commissioning of Balance of Plant preferably of 200 MW & above
• Should be Leader with proven and strong Man management and Project management
4) Chief Superintendent –E&I

5) Chief Superintendent –Insulation & Painting
As a member of the site team, the Coatings and Insulation Supervisor will foster and maintain the team approach and take an active role in the health, safety and welfare of all.
Responsibilities As a member of the site team, the Coatings and Insulation Supervisor will foster and maintain the team approach and take an active role in the health, safety and welfare of all.
• To lead the Coating and Insulation discipline Fabrication effort on the work
• Take a leading role in the implementation of safety including conducting regular audits and providing reports to the Construction Manager and HSE Advisor
• To ensure that the Contractor's Coatings and insulation group is functioning effectively and efficiently, conduct regular audits of the processes and to take action to improve any deficiencies
• To review/approve Contractors documents and procedures
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
• 7-12 years of experience in the execution of painting/coating
• Thorough knowledge of paint applications requirements
