If you love the mecha stuff then you will know Eureka Seven. It got its own games, manga and movie. But the anime was air around 2005 and end in 2006 in japan. It got world wide because who doesn't love anime about mecha. It has been announced that the continuation on the anime is in process and it will be aired in April 2012. The official website for Eureka Seven here, has confirm and the new anime is entittle Eureka Seven AO. Not to worry because the storyline is still will be based from the manga.
The story of Eureka Seven AO is set on Okinawa's isolated island of Iwado, which has seen a growing movement advocating a return to an autonomous government. Ao Fukai (CV: Yuutaro Motoshiro), a 13-year-old boy with a missing father, lives on the island with an old doctor named Toshio and is about to enter middle school.
Ao's mother was taken away a decade ago by unknown individuals. Naru Arata (CV: Kanako Miyamoto), Ao's 13-year-old childhood friend and the story's heroine, lives with her father, older sister, and grandmother. She has a "Yuta" power awakened within her due to an incident when she was young.
Other voice actors include Ayaka Ohashi, Chiaki Omigawa, and Kazuhiko Inoue as Fleur Blanc, Elena Peoples, and Truth, respectively. Furthermore, rock band Stereopony, is performing the ending theme “Stand by me.” Koji Nakamura is composing the soundtrack for the anime.
